Inlet by Fidabl ("Inlet", "we") collects only the information you choose to share with us — typically through the contact form or by email. We use it to respond to your inquiry, prepare your market audit, and deliver the work you request.
What we collect
- Contact details you submit: brand name, email, website, and the goals you describe.
- Basic project context needed to scope and deliver our services.
How we use it
- To respond to your brief and provide a written audit.
- To deliver and improve the services you engage us for.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except tools required to operate (for example, our form and email providers).
Your choices
You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing han@inlet.kr. We retain project records only as long as needed for the engagement and legal obligations.
Terms of Service
By engaging Inlet, you agree to the following terms.
Scope & delivery
- Every engagement is defined by a written scope agreed before work begins. Deliverables are provided as documents, delivered async by email.
- Timelines are quoted per project. First audits are typically delivered within 48 hours; full strategy reports within 5–7 business days.
Fees & revisions
- Fees are fixed-scope and quoted upfront — no hourly billing. Retainers require a minimum three-month commitment.
- Revision rounds included per package are stated at the point of sale. Additional revisions are quoted separately.
Ownership & confidentiality
- On full payment, deliverables are yours to use. We keep your brand information confidential and will not disclose it without permission.
- We may reference the general nature of work performed in anonymized sample scenarios, never your confidential specifics.
